2 stars Camel is one of my favorite bands of all time, I can find gold in almost every album. I like almost all of them, not just the famous symphonic ones from the 70's, much due to the talent of Andy Latimer. With that being said, I must admit that I don't like this one. The reason for me not giving it 1 star is because of Andy's performance in the last track. It wasn't hard reviewing this one really, as we have one great track, one good track, and a handful of crappy ones. The great one is "Ice", while the good one is "Hymn To Her".

I dunno what went wrong here, but I guess the influence of the coming 80's made them make some poor decisions concerning the direction of their music. What's kind of interesting, though, is that they managed to get somewhat back on track with the next one, "Nude", before they made another poor one, "The Single Factor". 2 stars.
