5 stars I can safely say that this is one album that has changed my life, and it has been ever since I first heard it at the age of 5 (or maybe even earlier). I think it's just rediculous when the term 'rock opera' shows up, and nobody ever mentions Quadrophenia. Most people will say that Tommy is the superior, but I fell that its because they have never heard this spectacular album, or watched this amazing movie.

The themes and instrumentals in this album are second to none, and there is definitely not one weak track from this double album. All of the songwriting and story idea's behind this album were all done by Pete Townshend, which after hearing Quadrophenia, you will see him at his best. This is, by far, one of the greatest albums ever written, and will remain in my top 10 for as long as I live.
