LEVIATHAN

The best mastodon album in my opinion. Among all prog metal its definitly different..but still better than mainstream sound. Brann Dailor said one of his favorite albums is " The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway" and the influence shows great in his music. Iron Tusk even sounds a little bit like The Colony Of Slippermen. Hearts Alive has a great sound to it. Blood and Thunder pulls you right in. Maybe not a prog essential. but def a prog metal must have!!
