SCRIPT FOR A JESTER'S TEAR

Too many 70's cliches for my liking but there is no denying the quality of the album at a time when anything new in this genre was like headline news. The biggest problem I have with it is that it has dated compared to say any Genesis material. The comparison between the 2 bands is apt because Fish was hell bent on sounding like Gabriel. I have no problem with honest plagiarism though!!The title track and ' garden Party' for me the highlights. I do think their follow up Fugazi was better.
