My name is Jody Beal,I'm in my 40's,and I am a longtime resident of Baltimore,Maryland.My interest in prog was sparked after hearing Yes' "Fragile" album in 1977 and I never really looked back.While I like all prog genres my favorites are Progressive Metal,Post Rock and Post Metal,Symphonic Prog and RIO/Avant.I am also a total metalhead and love it in all it's forms,especially death metal.

Other interest besides prog:My wife and children,drums & percussion,Star Wars,science-ficiton and fantasy,video games,books,movies,comic books,military history,ancient Egypt,Rome & Greece,cooking.
