Yes, we 30ers and 40ers are getting older by the minute, and so are our prog heroes, usually much older than us. Now the death of IAN CARR carries on with the set of negative news that has already plagued the first 2 months of this year 2009.

Oh bugger. This is sad news. I was only looking at my top played albums on last.fm only yesterday and noticed Nucleus was amongst them. Now I shall have to play an album in Ian Carr's honour. In pace, requiescat, Ian Carr.

Oh no...
This truly saddens me.
He's one of the 4-5 guys that really convince me to ever pick up a brass instrument.
With Elton Dean and him gone, I have lost two of my main inspirations.
May is music never be forgotten.
