Oh bugger. This is sad news. I was only looking at my top played albums on last.fm only yesterday and noticed Nucleus was amongst them. Now I shall have to play an album in Ian Carr's honour. In pace, requiescat, Ian Carr.  -------------

Oh no... This truly saddens me. He's one of the 4-5 guys that really convince me to ever pick up a brass instrument. With Elton Dean and him gone, I have lost two of my main inspirations. May is music never be forgotten. RIP -------------
