First Claire Torry, now the kids? Are all the lawyers in UK Ambulance chacers who don't know the law? Because she knew after 12 years she couldn't do it any more. Those kids WERE HIRED AND PAYED a sallary THEY ACCEPTED (The chorus as an institution recieved the payment), so there's no intellectual property. Someone said Alan Parsons was going to sue PF because they paid him 50 Pounds for his work in DSOTM, and I believe he denied it because he knows what is right and what is wrong. Iván

The producer's the one who'd lose the cash, I don't think it was even Waters' idea to have the kid chorus. Personally though, I'd be happy enough just to be able to say I was on the album, let alone get extra cash too. Ah, who cares anyway? Just a couple ex-kids sueing (suing?) a record company. |
