Even worse, I cringe whenever I hear that part of the song.

First Claire Torry, now the kids?

Are all the lawyers in UK Ambulance chacers who don't know the law?

After 12 years every right prescribes, vanishes, dissapears, doesn't exist any more, etc, ask Maggie Thatcher why she stopped the Celtic Festival in Stoinehendge the year 11? Because she knew after 12 years she couldn't do it any more.

Those kids WERE HIRED AND PAYED a sallary THEY ACCEPTED (The chorus as an institution recieved the payment), so there's no intellectual property.

Someone said Alan Parsons was going to sue PF because they paid him 50 Pounds for his work in DSOTM, and I believe he  denied it because he knows what is right and what is wrong.

I dont think Waters should worry...after all he doesnt have the rights to the brand name anymore...and besides that he is the 17th richest musician in UK being Gilmore the 24th !

The Floyd won't lose any money on this one anyway, its the Music Royalties Society that the money is coming from.

The Worthless Recluse

The producer's the one who'd lose the cash, I don't think it was even Waters' idea to have the kid chorus. Personally though, I'd be happy enough just to be able to say I was on the album, let alone get extra cash too.

Ah, who cares anyway? Just a couple ex-kids sueing (suing?) a record company.
