Jeez, what a tough choice!!
I chose 2....it is SO complete!
I think that 'Blind Faith' weakens the first disk just a tad, it is still a good song, but the 2nd disk is perfect!
DEFINITLEY my favorite DT album and likely in my fave albums ever..

I'm gonna go with Disc 1.
It definitely has moments of weakness, such as the last track, and the
one about stem cells, or as I refer to it "DT's tribute to cable news
punditry".
However, The Glass Prison and Blind Faith are awesome. Blind
Faith has some amazing guitar tone in it, especially the solo at the
very end. The Glass Prison is just intense and loud and
awesome. honestly, if you have a subwoofer in your car, go out
right now and crank that song. nothing hits harder than that
first jarring chord.
nothing.

I voted for both.I can't really decide...
Glass Prison and Blind Faith are excellent song, but CD2 is a wonderful musical flow.
6DOIT is my favourite DT-album from the Rudess-era.

Both of them are far from perfect. The first disc only has Glass Prison as a strong point, but the rest is nothing special. The first half of the second disc is really good, but gets ruined by Goodnight Kiss, Solitary Shell ( ) and whatever comes after that. Overall, I still vote Disc 2.

Funnily enough, when I said "The Test That Stumps Them All", not only did I get the title wrong, I also got the song wrong and actually meant "War Inside My Head". The chorus is alright but I could (and do ) live without DADADADADADADADA! DADADADADADADADA! DADADADADADADADA! DADADADADADADADA! every verse. That's a guitar riff, if it isn't immediately obvious
