HIGHEST PROG ALBUM SALES

I guess this information would be hard to find out, but some were wondering what might be the highest selling prog albums of all time worldwide.

I did some research on the US and found out that Pink Floyd are the only prog group in the top 100 of album sales.  After that its only Genesis with "Invisible Touch".. so really can't be included.  In regard to top selling albums:

The top 5 are:

28 Million - Eagles Their Greatest Hits 1971–1975, Eagles (Elektra)
26 Million - Thriller, Michael Jackson (Epic)
23 Million - The Wall, Pink Floyd (Columbia)
22 Million - Led Zeppelin IV, Led Zeppelin (Swan Song)
21 Million - Greatest Hits Volumes I & II, Billy Joel (Columbia)

Dark Side of the Moon comes in @ #20 selling 15 million

So does anyone know what would be the top selling prog albums in your own countries?

ELP are somewhere with Yes, King Crimson, Jethro Tull, Moody Blues, and the rest of the real prog bands...

Rush never claimed to be a prog band. They were a rock band inspired by Led Zep, The Who and some of the better British prog acts. They have cited Yes and Genesis as influences. No mention of ELP though. I guess they're not that influential

Prog fans embraced Rush because there were some prog elements to their music, but mostly they were just bowled over by their genius and their obvious ability to transcend all musical genres. There music is above and beyond category..
