I hope they lose. I have trouble believing this is only a Canadian proble, so I hope that the US labels get their just reward as well. Then in their weakened state Tzadik will overthrow them and become ruler of the land.

I read this and my eyes glaze over.  The big villain here is the music industry.  The artist's deserve these revenues not the industry.
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

Things like these make me wish even more so that more artists would start releasing their music through their websites or their own labels.

But yeah, I bet I can figure who most people, including myself, would root for in this case. Wink
