I read this and my eyes glaze over. The big villain here is the music industry. The artist's deserve these revenues not the industry.

So will the copyright law legal experts that have worked for the labels now work for the artists ?

Things like these make me wish even more so that more artists would start releasing their music through their websites or their own labels. But yeah, I bet I can figure who most people, including myself, would root for in this case. -------------
