Itīs Close To The Edge, of course... I find Dark Side Of The Moon (and all the other Pink Floyd records) very boring, especially if you compare it to most other progressive rock albums. Pink Floyd are not very progressive compares with Yes. Of course that doesnīt necessarily mean Yes are "better" (Even though I think they are).

It has to be CTTE. I do like DSOTM but, as someone else said, it's a bit boring IMO.

I love Pink Floyd and Yes, but Close to the Edge is far superior to Dark Side of the Moon.

CTTE

Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive

Its like comparing a 20 lb block and a 20.01 pound block.  Yes one is bigger (or better in this case) but who can tell?

My sentiments exactly

And I am not frightened of dying, any time will do, I
don't mind. Why should I be frightened of dying?
There's no reason for it, you've gotta go sometime.
I never said I was frightened of dying.

Tough choice - CTTE is far better in terms of musiciancraft, but DSOTM is much more coherent and deals with issues more important to human than ideas of "Siddhartha".

yet you still have time!
