Time Passages Year of the Cat Modern Times Past, Present, Future Rolled roughly through Orange Something about that stuff... the historical narrative mixed with the brilliant lyrics and exceptional production... Sucks me in.

The thing about buying in the Internet is that the offer is unlimited and I wouldn't know what to buy first. Lately I've been just browsing on Discogs and not buying anything Yesterday: Nektar - A Tab in the Ocean Cerrone - 3 Os Pontos Negros - Magnífico Material Inútil Tangerine Dream - Rubycon (Even more urgent than getting some Caravan ) |

Hah isn't that the truth!! I remember some Amazon hauls with 30+ albums just because I couldn't stop myself.
The trick is to widen one's search - meaning you purchase max one album from each artist you want to check out: Caravan - Land Of Grey & Pink Tangerine Dream - Rubycon Catapilla - Changes Dolly Parton - Don't mention the boobs Eh? Edited by Guldbamsen - February 18 2017 at 04:15 |

The Family Day holiday weekend.
Psychoatic Waltz-- Into The Everflow Leprous-- Live at Rockefeller (best live album of 2016 for me. Leprous play their hearts out. ) The Lonely Robot-- Please Come Home. ( i find about 8 out of 14 tracks on this album are quite solid. ) Leprous-- The Congregation. ( king crimson meets Muse. Pretty good deal. ) Scale The Summit-- The Migration ( for those who really appreciate Djent metal work bands like Animals As Leaders, Mendel and Periphery you'll love this band. ) Cavalera Conspiracy-- Babylonian Pandemonium. ( For me, Max Cavalera is a metal god. He is just as important as OZZY and Halford. Interesting recording style for this album as well. ) Marco Beltrami-- World War Z soundtrack. Iron Maiden-- Piece Of Mind ( what a massively underrated album this is. People rarely ever talk about this one...but I do ;) Steve Roach-- Halycon Days ( a Special Ambient classic for me. Reminds me of my many months spent in Peru. ) |

I've got `Finest Finger' from Sensations' Fix, it's another good one, if not quite at the same level of the above two mentioned gems. Also Franco Falsini's solo disc `Cold Nose' (which seems to pop up on this page once in a while) is a ambient/electronic/Ashra-like stunner, although I seem to recall you've listened to that before, Tymon?
As for my choices yesterday: Panda Fight Club - Ultimo Panther & C – L’epoca di un Altro Spock’s Beard – Brief Nocturnes… The Reasoning – Adverse Camber Touchstone – Oceans of Time White Willow – Ignis Fatuus Wobbler – Rites at Dawn Lizards Exist – s/t Casa das Maquinas – Lar de Maravilhas Magma – Hhai (live) Steve Roach – Sigh of Ages |

Pretty sure they have a new album out too, Gary? I've got that first one and kind of like it, but not really massively excited enough to warrant getting the next one. I think they're playing a couple of live gigs out my way very soon too. |

^ You're right, Michael, their second album was released in December and called Blueside.
As the name implies, it's more blues based than the debut. I picked up a copy for three reasons, I'm a sucker for the blues, it's on dark blue vinyl and it's just too easy to order albums online.
