Gong, 3 years ago - One of the best live shows i've ever seen.
Porcupine Tree, 2 years ago (the advantage of having a modern favorite prog bands...)

The first time I saw Genesis was 1982, when they played Supper's Ready for the last time. The warm-up act for Genesis was no other  than... King Crimson on their Discipline tour! The whole concert was an amazing live experience. I saw them separately several times later on. I never saw Genesis or King Crimson in their 70's line-ups, unfortunately.
I have seen Marillion (Fish-era) live.
I am very proud that I have seen Anderson, Bruford, Wakeman & Howe, with Tony Levin on bass on their tour 1989. That together with one of the early Marillion concerts where the best live shows I have ever seen.
I have seen a later reunion of Yes with Anderson and Wakeman.
I have seen Supertramp for the first time in 1983, (with Chris de Burgh as warm-up act), but I felt they were already past their peak at that time.
I went to nearly every tour of Peter Gabriel since the early 80's and it was always a highlight.  Cool

Lucky you, I saw Genesis in the Abacab tour (Three Sides Live) in Barcelona but they did not play Supper's Ready Unhappy although it was a fantastic concert anyway Tongue.

I also saw Marillion in the Fugazi tour and it was absolutely amazing, and also ABWH with Levin, both great concerts indeed! Tongue

I've seen Introitus in Uppsala in January of last year. So far I'm their only fan outside Sweden who has come to see them play in their own country. Last November I also saw them at the final Progfarm festival.

Yes I have. For me, the reigning champ in the progressive realm is Dream Theater. I have had the pleasure of seeing them 4 times and I'm only 30, so I discovered them at a young age and I'm so thankful I did. I'm from Toronto and I have seen them twice at the molson amphitheater, once at Massey Hall and once at the Philmore in Detroit. Just love them!!!
Gimmie my headphones now!!! 🎧🤣

Lucky you!

Dream Theater are on my 'to do' list. Haven't had the pleasure of seeing them live yet. They don't tour down where I am (Australia) all that much. They came down a few years ago, but I stupidly missed out on tickets.

I've seen Porcupine Tree and Opeth once each, down here, and I will definitely see DT if they come again.
Hello, mirror. So glad to see you, my friend. It's been a while...

No worries Mate. They will come to you once again. Really I think DT is starting the 2nd half of their career now, so there is lots of rocket sauce left in the bottle!!! New drummer...new beginnings. Lots more to come. "the mirror" never lies

I am fortunate enough to say yes.

Yes - Twice in the 70s, the 74 tour they did both the Close to the Edge and Tales from Topographic Oceans suites!  Also saw them in the 80s and just recently in 2012.
Kansas - somewhere in the late 70s
John McLaughlin & the 4th Deminsion - 2007, this band was better than the Mahavishnu stuff as it had some melody to the madness.

WatchTower in 1990 in Duesseldorf. Remains the best concert I've been to until today.

I saw for Roger Waters for my very first and thus far, only concert ever. I had been into Pink Floyd for a while, but my freaking god. This was amazing! Anyways, I'm planning on seeing a PF tribute in a couple weeks (Brit Floyd). Otherwise, I haven't. Yes and Procol Harum passed through and I seriously considered tickets, but I didn't act quick enough. I really, really, really wanted to see Ian Anderson on his TAAB2 tour, but after hearing a recent live recording of Aqualung... nope. I would've definitely seen Dream Theater if they passed anywhere near Denver, but they only went through Texas and Missouri (the closest). I may attempt to see Neal Morse and Mike Portnoy in October when they come to town.

TL;DR - Yes, I technically have.
I consider drone metal to be progressive...

Yep. Rush. Wasn't old enough to really 'get' it, but I remember realizing that one of the songs was about global warming. (Can't remember which that would be. LOL)

Also seeing them on October the 14th. Big smile

I saw my two favorites.
I saw Steve Hackett twice in Buffalo NY on two different US tours, sometime in the nineties at two small venues I can't remember.
I saw Fank Zappa once in Buffalo NY sometime in the late eighties or early nineties at Shea's Theatre.

I saw Jethro Tull twice, again in Buffalo NY. Once in the eighties at the Buffalo Auditorium and once in the nineties at Shea's Theater.
I saw Genesis but only as a three man group.
I never saw Jade Warrior. Has anyone?
