Hey, this rematch has been done because a lot of Yes fans cried.
Other bands have lost and nothing happened, but seems Yes is special.
I don't give a damn who wins, but it pisses me that if you cry enough, rules will bend, if this poll meaned something, now it's worth noyhing..

I couldn't agree more.
shame on those who complained and asked for the rematch or whatever they did...

At any rate, total winner of this Biased Battle will be nonetheless King Crimson!!!

Yes. Looking at the classic periods of the respective bands, I think they put out more challenging music. And honestly, Lamb has just never done it for me.

I thing Genesis has more great material than Yes. They seemed to do the right thing at the right time. Which looking into it, is sad because when Yes is good......they are really good. Even Genesis' best albums have some black sheep songs.

I´m still waiting for a kind of Deus Ex Machina, who will stop this useless battle.

What a fair poll, well contest really, both bands won the same round before, both resuklts were null and void etc and now they both have to win again. Genesis ahead at the moment.
Ultimate winner ... possibly a face off between Floyd and Crimson.

lol...just like me, I'm sure you love both of them. Come to think of it, I've probably listened to (and spent money on ) both of them equally. It really doesn't matter who wins this poll...

After much soul searching (about 30 seconds) on whether to vote again or not, I'm voting the same as I did last time. But if I were a bettin man I'd say the result will be the same no matter how close.

Sorry, but I have to agree with Ivan here. The people who wanted a rematch can't seem to accept that lowly Genesis 'defeated' Yes. If it's 'just' a 'trivial poll', why is there a rematch at all? If it's close, it simply reflects that both bands have lots of fans.

I always thought a poll was just a guage of opinion. With the idea of winners and losers that idea has now become a popularity contest. As Genesis won first time (coincidentally the first time the went ahead in the poll, er, contest) the poll (aka contest) was continued with the apparently more prevalent Yes voters making their presence felt. Both wins (or losses) were subsequently anulled and life begins anew. Again.
Alright, seconds out of the ring, let the drama commence.

Maybe it's just not so trivial after all. I see Genesis are beating Yes 114 -114 at the moment.
How is Genesis lowly if they have almost (and sometimes the same) votes? It;s not a poll, it's not a contest, it's an election....
Maybe we should have home and away rounds until everyone gets fed up with whole thing and go and listen to some Miles Davis instead.

Er, sarcasm, my friend! I mean, not accepting the previous poll result smacks of condescension towards Genesis.

Actually, he had changed the official winner to Yes, so if we want to be technical it was the Genesis fans who couldn't accept that "lowly Yes 'defeated' Genesis". As we've all agreed upon though (at least I hope) it's just a poll, and it's just for enjoyment, and neither band is better for winning, and this has all been said before.
