Alex, have you played Borderlands by chance?  I'm just noticing now, the creature on your album cover reminds me some of the drifters in that.

I've never found that to an accurate description of me, "ambitious, confident, independent, loyal and generous"? The last two apply I guess...

I haven't, but it sounds like I'll have to with the way you talk about it. What's the basic premise?

You're a treasure hunter on the planet Pandora.  You have to fight your way through bandits, soldiers, and ugly beasties in order to reach your goal, using some of the (literally) thousands of weapons which you can find throughout your time playing.  The expansions add extra story lines (well, the first, third and fourth, maybe not the second).  The first expansion takes you to a zombie-infested swamp, and the third takes you to a desert type area where you see the drifters I just mentioned (plus tons of annoying soldiers).  I haven't played the fourth yet.  Very fun, and very addicting.

It's kind of like an RPG as well, since you have skill trees and gain experience for doing stuff, etc.

I believe he was referring to the Macrocheira Kaempferi, AKA: the creature on the album cover in my signature (my own album). Wink

No, he wasn't alive when his avatar was recorded. Tongue  I'm talking about the album he made (the one in his signature).  Here's a drifter for comparison:

maybe you are the exception that proves the rule? - though - yes - all leo's I've ever known have been *very* loyal and awestome to their friends. -

and - I used to have a book - (my bff girl version now has it - she is in tx - I am in oh.) - that would break down the astrological signs and crap to the day you were born. - it was freeky fun. - I'm sure you could go to boarder's or barnes and noble and find the birthday book and look up your day.

That definitely sounds intriguing. Thanks for the recommendation!

Interesting, next time I am there I will try to remember to look, but it will probably be a long time. I doubt my memory will last that long. LOL

I'm a fan of Canadian and Irish whiskeys, India pale ales, some lagers, dark rum, white rum (to a lesser extent), and pretty much anything not real girly
