Civvies  (16)

·         Jon Anderson – Can choose one player each night to protect from any nightkill targeting.

·         Robert Fripp – Can use intimidation to silence one player each night, preventing them from being able to speak the entire subsequent day period.

·         Bill Bruford – Each night he searches for either Jon Anderson or Robert Fripp. If he finds one of them, he gains BTSC with that player for the remainder of the game. The player of the two he does not find gains a one-time kill to be used the subsequent night.   (Drummer)

·         Peter Gabriel – Cannot be lynched.

·         Steven Wilson – Can kindly ask someone to step out of the line-up, removing that person from the lynch poll options the subsequent day period.

·         Kerry Minnear – Can use a secret additional lynch vote (thereby making his vote worth two instead of one) on three separate occasions.

·         Cedric Bixler-Zavala – Can use a role block on any player of his choice each night.

·         Robert Wyatt – If targeted with any night action, Wyatt can select one present out of his gift bag to be given to a player of his choice.  (Drummer)

·         Ian Anderson – Can use his flute to create a distraction and switch the lynch results to another player of his choice only twice in the game. He can also stop one lynch from happening.

·         Kerry Livgren – Has BTSC with Steve Walsh.

·         Steve Walsh – Has BTSC with Kerry Livgren.

·         Christian Vander – Can use his Kobaian tongue to insanify one player of his choice each night.   (Drummer)

·         Brian Eno – Can use a role check every night to find out the role of any player.

·         Keith Emerson – Has BTSC with Greg Lake and Carl Palmer. Can use his knife to kill a target of his choice only once in the game.

·         Greg Lake – Has BTSC with Keith Emerson and Carl Palmer.

·         Carl Palmer – Has BTSC with Keith Emerson and Greg Lake.   (Drummer)

Baddies  (8)

Team 1: Branson and his Zombies (4)

·         Richard Branson – In charge of this team’s nightly kill. Kills every odd night.

·         Michael Jackson – Searches for one player each night while singing “Beat It”. If the player he finds is a drummer, then two dice are rolled. If Michael Jackson rolls anything but doubles, then he successfully recruits the drummer to his zombie team. If he rolls doubles, the drummer dies.

·         Elvis Presley – Can persuade one player each night to vote for a certain person in the next lynch phase. The person targeted cannot make it obvious that it was forced or Michael Jackson will hunt them down and kill them.

·         Kurt Cobain – Survives the first lynch attempt against him, passing the punishment down to the player with the second-most votes. It will appear as though Ian Anderson saved him.

Team 2: The BREE-ers (4)

·         Devin Townsend – In charge of this team’s nightly kill. Kills every even night.

·         John Petrucci – Can use his guitar shredding to role block a player of his choice every night.

·         Mikael Akerfeldt – Whenever anyone tries to nightkill him, he BREEs at them, scaring them away. He must be lynched to die.

·         Maynard James Keenan – Can create a force field around one player each night, protecting them from any nightkill targeting.

Independent  (1)

·         Damo Suzuki – Must be the last man standing to win. Kills every night.

Introduction

It was the night of October 11, 2010. The Decemberists had finished another successful concert just outside Merriweather Post Pavilion. After all fans had vacated the arena, they began to prepare to leave. Colin Meloy stepped outside to catch some fresh air and was surprised to see an individual running towards him. Not wanting to have to deal with what he assumed to be yet another crazed Decemberists fan, Colin started to make a move to go back inside the building.

Upon awakening, he saw that there were some creepy-looking zombies to his left and some scary looking people (who didn’t appear to be undead) with long hair. “What have you done?!” he asked. The two groups looked at each other, and then one of the zombies said, “Your days of producing modern acoustic progressive folk-rock are over.”

They then proceeded to butcher Colin Meloy.

Day 0

The following morning, a group of enthusiastic musicians gathered together at a music store named ProgArchives to discuss the tragic events of last night. The Sleepwalker stood in front of the group and tried to get everyone’s attention: “We have to find out who amongst our community here would even be capable of such a horrible crime and sentence them to the fate that they so rightfully deserve…

…But first we have to find the perfect mood-setter album!”

The musicians all agreed and UndercoverBoy immediately walked up to the counter. “Hello. What albums do you recommend for us today?” he asked. The man behind the counter handed him four albums:

Pink Floyd – Dark Side of the Moon

Tangerine Dream – Stratosfear

Mahavishnu Orchestra – Birds of Fire

Rush – Moving Pictures

It was up to the group to decide which one would be played.
