I had an awesome DT, MIRITE moment. So Josh was at my house and he was just about to leave so I'm like
"one last brutal for the road" so I change the channel to headbanger's ball and at that very moment they started playing the video to Constant Motion.

I want to erase my review for it just so that it is less reviewed thus less popular in the PA top whatever. No review is lower than a 1 star review. It's that bad.

Octavarium was their worst studio album IMO. I liked two of the 8 songs of it.

Octavarium was even better than Systematic Chaos. And they were both better than Awake. Minus Erotomania, Awake is worse than STABBS IN FACE

I tended to see the 3/5 more meaning you should give it a listen because it encompasses a lot of their style in one record, but in reality it's musically more of 2 star effort. I think that made sense......

That's the thing with the rating system here, for Eg at Ratingfreak.com I might give something 8/10, but here on PA only 3/5 due to what the ratings actually mean.

It's because as I said, what ratings mean on Ratingfreak aren't necessarily the same as what they mean here... oh nevermind, I'm just confusing myself now.

The 1=Dream Theater actually made me lol. I honestly sometimes enjoy seeing DT bashing sometimes cos it upsets the fanboys. I've never understood fanboyism, since hardly any artist IMO has ever put out gold every recording.

I can tolerate some DT. Change of Seasons has some tolerable moments, same with Erotomania, if Octo wasn't so cheesy I might be able to listen to that, and Hell's Kitchen is by far the best export of the whole DT/Ayreon/etc style of prog metal. But they are utter sh*t.
