There might be individual bands that make longer grindcore songs but generally having short songs is one of the main aspects of grindcore.

Am I confused as to the origination of the term Post-Rock?  Instead of to mean "after Rock" or the "future of rock" is it really derived from the idea of Rock that is mailed in via the Post?
