A bit, yes.  Then again, that 20% chance to immediately instagib someone works in anyone's favor.  Just to be on the safe side, I bet 5 gold on Smartpatrol.

Properly speaking, the odds are 8:1 that Amygdala wins (the odds are against him).  I need to switch the numbers when I post odds. 

To put it straight, if someone bids 10 gold on Amygdala, and he wins, then the recipient wins 80 gold.  If Talybont wins (1:8) and someone bet 10 gold on him, then that person gets 1 gold.
