OMFG, I love you <<3 I am the tilde queen~ this makes me so happy So I have to catch up on what happened while i was silenced. I am also curious, as someone said, as to who is being silenced, and why. Generally, baddie silencers silence people who suspect them. But civvie silencers like Fripp (<<<<3) usually silence as a protection (but not always), since most people won't vote for a silenced player. it is an indication the silencer thinks you're civvie. But that may not hold true in a game like this, where the experienced players don't really know most of the players, and vice versa. Does anyone else have opinions on this? I would especially appreciate hearing from the forum regulars. And if this has already been discussed, sorry, i have some catching up to do~

most likely whoever is doing it hasn't the slightest clue what they are doing, just like the rest of us mafia newbies

Possibly; i just thought it was interesting since they seem to be silencing the imports. But that could also be true~

One last bump/update.

Night 3: Event!YOU have the power:
The Zombies and Damo will both kill tonight. Provided both of the kills are successful, you have the choice as to which nightkill is revealed. PM me with your choice (either Zombies' victim or Damo's victim) and the victim with the most votes will have the night post written in memory of them. Their role will also be revealed.
You have roughly 2 hours and 15 minutes to send in your choice through PM (until about 11:30PM EST).

Alex, do you will punish Matt for not ussing the insanify way to post a couple of pages back...? |
I already have all of it handled, don't worry, so yes, it will be taken care of. You guys don't have to ask me about that stuff. I'm the host; I have everything already handled, and thus it's unnecessary for any further questioning.
Also, just as a reminder, if you're dead, you can't talk about ANYTHING on-topic. Even the post you've made right now would be crossing your dead boundaries. Not singling you out here, but just letting you know since you don't know. This is a reminder for everyone.
| Who would stop me...? I'm a ghost remember...? I dare you to cross the line...
No actually, good, I forgot that man... I won't be talking on-topic and you're the host...
Everything is cool... of course, I'm d*mned dead... everything is cold... |
Not a problem! Feel free to continue to follow along though in anticipation of how the rest of it plays out (you still would win even though you're dead if the civvies win, for example). Also, I would be glad to have you in off-topic discussions.
Why don't you go to the zombie bar down the street? That's where all the zombies always hang out in Mafia games and drink zombie drinks.
| I was tempted to post The Ministry of Lost Souls to challenge you to cross the line... but of course I was kiddin' and I don't want to mess up your rules man. But I didn't knew about that bar.. OK...
* I throw my arm around Skeletors neck and invite him for a zombie drink... maybe we can invite Kevin to join us... * |
Man, the Ministry of Lost Souls is one of my all-time favorite Dream Theater songs. One of their best.
| I know you only tell me this because I'm dead... but thanks...

Maybe I'll make a Dream Theater-based Mafia game; we'll see. Would be pretty cool if I could pull it off though.

Don't worry, I have tons of other ideas too. I'm not sure what I'll go with next; I have more concrete ideas, the Dream Theater one is just a random idea. The other ones I have are actual concepts that likely will work.

| I doubt it will be as popular as this one but count me in... in fact that particular song is somekind of "meh" to me... it's good, yes, but something never get me... don't know what, maybe the stupid lyric, because musically, is brilliant...

My favorite from them may just be the Six Degrees title track, but it's hard to say. They have so much good material.

Oh yeah... that song is brilliant... excellent... impressive... a total Masterpiece... difficult to say but I think for me is:
1- 6'00
2- Under a Glass Moon
3- A Change of Season
4- Six Degrees
5- Space Dye Vest
But of course... it depends on the mood...

Assuming it's a newbie, then what Colin said would be correct. Either that or whoever Fripp is knows something the rest of us don't.

Good list. The only one I wouldn't personally even come close to including is A Change of Seasons; that song never really did anything for me (that and Falling into Infinity and WDADU don't do much for me). All their other material is brilliant though.
