The "I've never heard men speak like these men before" bit is a paraphrasing of some of the lyrics, so it's not got quite as much rant content as you'd immediately think... o:)

FIELDS — Fields
Review by Stranger

5%20stars An excellent album that seems to be overlooked by many. There are no weak songs on this album in my POV. If you don't have it yet, try to get in your prog collection! If you like Yes and Genesis you probably won't regret.

Not very informative... Ermm

This guy seems to be inserting track listing in his reviews to get past the 75 words boundary. Maybe not intentional, but still...

Don't mind all his 5 star reviews, it's not like hes doing it for one band, but in this review he states that he sometimes give the albums 5 stars to balance out the rating.

This doesn't make any of his reviews justifiable and is forbidden amongst the guidelines.

1%20stars EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY - How Strange, Innocence

quite a lot of 5 stars, especially for post-rock albums. It's also fishy right after almost every Explosions In The Sky album got 1 stars (and Who's Quadrophenia got the same treatment).

Of course, most of these reviews are good enough to stay, but as ProgBagel mentioned his review for F#a# is apparently written to "balance the rating", I think that:

1. some of his reviews are very short/superficial (let's just say "under 50 words to simply say it's a fantastic album)
2. a bit of his vision in what a 5 star album means is suspicious

so I'm recommending a walk through his recent reviews, see if they have any problem.

agreed with Raff...nice review, no need to operate on it, except the last line, if the reviewers thinks indeed of  "prog music", and not of "prog elements"

YES — The Ladder
Review by cacho

2%20stars Having only 2 good songs and both are highlights but still there are 11 songs! Just hear The Ladder (homeworld) and New Language and then compile them with other good songs from previous albums and then Leave It.

Can I report my own review here for some help? Apparently my html didn't work so it's a jumbled mess. Could someone help me sort it out?

This review is probably way too short too, but mainly it doesn't say anything worthwhile about the album, as well as bashing another subgenre rather unnecessarily:
