Weird Al has done some funny parodies, but my top one is Zappa's Were Only In It For The Money.  It was a parody of style more than a direct parody of songs.
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

That's an amazing album and it's a satire of the 1960s!
 
Flower Punk is done in the style of "Hey Joe", or so I have read from either The Real Frank Zappa Book
