Barbara Dennerlein: Hammond B3 including bass pedals
Mani Neumeier: drums

no bass player needed; Barbara provides the bass with her pedals.

in case you know neither of the three, here a video for each:

I try to stick to the original limitation to make it more interesting:

Vocals and guitar - Devin Townsend

Guitar - Steve Howe

Keys - Herbie Hancock

Bass - Chris Squire

Percussion - Billy Cobham

I guess it would be Yes on crack! They could probably go from a beautiful meditation to an incredible explosion of music.

Haven't done one of these in a long time, mine has drastically changed:

Lead vocals (growls, screams and clean) and rhythm guitar - Toby Driver (Kayo Dot, maudlin of the Well, solo, Tartar Lamb)
Lead guitar and backing vocals - Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree, Blackfield, solo, IEM, Bass Communion)
Bass - Chris Squire (Yes, SYN, solo)
Drums - Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree)
Keys - Kevin Moore (Dream Theater, Chroma Key, solo, OSI)

Would usually have 4 or 5 more members but I'll leave it at that to stick with the guidelines.

OK, trying to stick to the OP's format:
John Anderson: Vocals.
Steve Howe, Guitars.
David Gilmour, Guitars.
Rick Wakeman, Keyboards.
Chris Squire, Bass.
Tony Levin, Stick.
Bill Bruford, Drums and percussions.
Jamie Muir, percussions.

This one is only thinking about some of my favourite players, not caring so much about how their stiles would fit together. Now, I think this other line-up would fit better together:
Greg Lake: Vocals, guitars.
Robert Fripp: Guitars.
Keith Emerson: Keyboards.
John Wetton: Bass, additional vocals.
Tony Levin: Stick.
Bill Bruford: Drums and percussions.
Jamie Muir: Percussions.

Roger Daltrey- Lead vocals
Brian May- Guitar
Billy Corgan- Backing vocals Cool
Chris Squire- Bass guitar
Neil Peart- Drums

EDIT:

Oh yes and Keyboards by Mr. Rick Van Der Linden

Hi,

None ...

I would take the Amon Duul 2 line up for Wolf City anytime ... a lot less egos and the music shines and lives!

I would like to put Robert Fripp in the same room with Vangelis and record it!

I would like to put Chuck Oken with Riuichi Sakamoto and record it!

And then I would like to lock up Djam Karet with Richard Pinhas and Robert Fripp in the same room for 24 hours. We must find some old analog junk'rs and say ... guys ... see you later! Get ready for RobHelhelldonistis music! I bet you that half the folks here would scream and leave the room and wonder how some noise like that can be "prog" ... well ... have you heard ... "prog"?

Other than that ... Edgar Froese with the Muppets ... he could even do his Beethoven impression for Miss Piggy! She would fall in love with him!

Get David Allen (not Daevid) from Carmen to play an electric guitar again. No one ever played an electric guitar with total spanish guitar commitment like he did to create 3 unbelievable albums that so many people (even here) have not heard. On one magickal night, they blew out David Bowie and Jethro Tull (its on the "In Concert" series).

Get Don Schiff, Erik Norlander, Lana Lane and those Rocket Scientists another chance. They really put on a beautiful show in 1999 in SF's Progressive Music Festival ... but so many folks there, didn't even applaud what was one of the most professional and clean performances in the event. Confident, clean and extremely well done!

Get Mike Oldfield to do some shows in America!

Bring Klaus Schulze to America for the first time! I fly to flipping New York to see him! I don't care!

I don't ask for much ... no super group's required ... just ... music! And let me die living it!
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

Ann Stewart, Denis Van Hecke, Gérard Hourbette, Christian Genet and Charles Loos weren't in UZ.
So that makes only three UZ members.

I'd also add Véronique Verdier on trombone to that band.
