Bravo!

Incidentally, I just found this track while looking up obscure 60s pop-psych. I thought you might've seen him around, maybe.

They discontinued it before I could rack up enough dough to afford it, now I am in desperate need of those tracks.
I don't have it but a whack of it is on this one

I didn't think there were any Badfinger fans here.   I just picked up the new remastered Ass, one of my very favorite albums.

I met Joey and Mike years ago at their shows here locally, actually I partied with them once....Joey was a peach of a guy....Mike a little more detached.  Really sad story though with the other guys, unbelievable the same tragedy could occur twice in one band.

I've spent the last hour or so reading up on the band. Unbelievable misfortune for the members and even fans. The discography appears to be a total mess of quasi-Hendrix proportions. What's the verdict on those new remasters, anyhow?

Were they touring under the Badfinger moniker?

Yeah, Joey lives here in Minneapolis, or did at that time.  This was the late 80s and early 90s.  They were playing shows around here as Badfinger all the time.  Probably saw them a dozen times because they did such a great show, plus I loved the music.  He'd play lots of old stuff and nail the Ham/Evans vocals with no problem.  Baby Blue, Day after Day, Blind Owl....he'd do em all.  He'd hang out afterwards and sign albums, have some drinks.  Gibbons was much more reserved, and only played with them 2-3 times that I saw.

Even in the 2000s Molland still does shows locally as Badfinger once in a while.  He's the only one left now.

I'll let you know about the remaster after I get a chance to crank it.  I've only listened on the puter at low volume so far, can't tell much from that.

His unreleased material and bootlegs are in just unbelievable large quantities and yet I can't help but hopelessly search for them. LOL

It's been a long time since I heard it. My least played of the three classic PFM albums.
