I like a lot that Mclaren cars but also this Red Bull model looks pretty nice.

In a non - F1 topic, i am waiting for the Daytona 24, last year mexican driver Salvador Duran along with Montoya and Pruett won the race, this year Duran will be part of the same team but driving a different car with Wheldon, Dixon and Alex Lloyd as his teammates, definitely a good team but in the other hand we have Montoya, Pruett, Franchitti and another Mexican driver Memo Rojas who i believe is the less experencied of them all, but for sure he is a great driver.

Hopefully one of that cars will win and i am expecting that due to the Mexican drivers of course.

Rojas may be the least experienced, but he's stilla a force. Especially with Pruett on board, nothing can go wrong.

I believe Rojas is a wealthy ametaure, though better than the average "gentleman driver", but definitely looks too be the weak link in the team. I must admit, I dont follow the Daytona 24 Hours too closely anymore since they changed to the DP cars, which look uglier than NASCAR's Car of Tomorrow (or should that be "Car of Today" now?), and I'm a big supporter of the ALMS.

Also, congratulations to Walter Lechner Jr who made a racing return at the Dubai 24 Hours (a glorified club race to be honest, but Lecher Sr team was taking part) after beind diagnosed with Leukemia in early 2005, he was probably the fastest man in FIA GT's in '04.

A very good idea this, but it will be interesting to see how it is policed. I like the way that Mosely makes it a "take this or get something even more draconian" choice. It points out that a proposel for a $150 million cap was made but they couldnt get an agreement from all ther teams, Ferrari were the ones holding out as they thought limiting the use of tools like CFD, windtunnels etc was better, which is rubbish IMO as they are already ahead in the computer design department and this could have kept them there artaficially.

Right now after almost half of race, Montoya is driving fast and its at first place, hope they can keep the same line and win, Salvador Duran`s team is now 18 laps behind, Dixon is driving, i think it is lost for them.

Great start to the WRC season from Loeb today, victory on the Montey ahead of Fords Miko Hirvonnen and Subaru's Atkinson.

Memo, how did Daytona go?

Memo Rojas finished 4th last year in the Grand-Am Series, he was Pruett´s teammate so they know each other really well.

This was the third straigh Ganassi´s team victory at the Daytona 24, and the second in a row with a Mexican driver Big%20smile, of course Montoya, Franchitti and Pruett are the experienced ones, but Rojas did it really well Clap.

The other Ganassi car finished 44th, this is the top 3:

1. Franchitti, Montoya, Rojas, Pruett - Chip Ganassi with Felix Sabates
2. Fogarty, Gurney, Johnson, Vasser - GAINSCO / Bob Stallings Racing
3. Briscoe, bushc, Castroneves - Penske / Taylor Racing

Yes, I have to agree that is one hell of a good lineup.
I've never heard of Rojas myself.
Wish I could've watched it though.... Cry

The new Honda in livery:

Must admit, I prefered last years colour scheme, I dont like the large white areas so much. I just really hope it goes much better than last years car.

I hated last year's Honda and that one is even worse, they should fire their colour scheme designers
