Eric Claptons guitar tone in Cream have been imitated by all stoner rock bands,

the tone in this video that Clapton have which he also had in the 60s is so much used in Stoner by bands like Kyuss, Nebula and Fu Manchu

It probably is good to have one with a sharpened end.  You just never know when a snake or scorpion may come out of the pipes while you are brushing your teeth.

Snakes have been known to come out of toilets fairly frequently, but only in Michigan.  So if you're not in Michigan,you have nothing to worry about.

Scorpions' Animal Magnetism just ended.  What a great album.  Scorpions, Queen, and INXS were probably the bands I loved the most in high school before I discovered punk, and Animal Magnetism was my favorite album for quite a while.  Nothing really special about it, just some good riffs and a catchy hard rock/pop sheen.  And the title track at the end is DOOMY and heavy, still gives me chills.

Now onto.... hmm... Blackout! That'd be a good one.
