Man, did you see the 'voices' credits on "Repentence"? Check out this lineup: Mikael Akerfeldt, Jon Anderson, David Ellefson, Daniel Gildenlow, my boy Steve Hogarth, Chris Jericho (pro wrestler, isn't he?), Neal Morse, Joe Satriani, Corey Taylor (Slipknot?) Steve Vai and Steven Wilson.

Apparently, he's the vocalist (?) for a band called Fozzy(?) and one of Mike Portnoy's close buddies. He sparked up the Tate-Portnoy wordfight, by texting Mike all the shi*ty things Geoff Tate (of Queensryche) was saying all about him and Dream Theater. I think those happened before the Operation Mindcrime II was released.
Anyways, I got the album 2 days ago and man, it was sweet! For me the album as a whole was definitely better than Octavarium. Dream Theater are doing a great job.

I sill don't know what to think. I'll probably give it 3/5. It's got more lows than most Dream Theater albums, but even those lows aren't than bad. The sad thing is that is has few if any exceptional moments.

He was also a pro wrestler at one time and you see him a lot on VH1 Classic.

Sadly, Daniel Gildenlow doesn't say "I'm sorry that Scarsick sucked so badly" in Repentance.

Just happened to take a peek over at billboard magazine's charts and the album debuted at #19. Not too shabby. Must mean there's a lot of newbies buying it. Too bad they aren't getting to hear them at their best. Just listened to "Six Degrees" off of "Score" yesterday and was reminded of how great they can be.

That's great. I may not like the CD but if people are buying it instead of some kind of inane rap slobber then I can live with that quite easily.
