Now i've got the samsung the box "slows down" but hasnt acutally frozen. When I had the previos (pace?) box it froze virtually everyday.Customer Service said that this was unusual and not a common occurence! (where is the smiley with a Pinocchio Nose when you need it!)

Nothing to do with the computer.never had a problem with my PC-it is the box that freezes!!
