Yeah-their customer support team is the most patronising and inefficient i have ever come across. They upgraded my set-top box because the old box couldnt handle 1meg+ broadband and Tv pictures. The new box, a Samsung, has no audio out feeds to connect to my surround sound system! 2005 and they give me a box which has no flexibility at all!Angry Also I am only allowed 3mb of file on an Email! Nothing to do with the computer.never had a problem with my PC-it is the box that freezes!!
