Caravan - In the land of grey and pink
Genesis - The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway (I like it)
Genesis - A Trick of the Tail
Gentle Giant - The Power and the Glory
Gentle Giant - Octopus (both covers are really good, I dont prefer one or the other really)

and... uh... ah hell, why not... 'In the court...'

Don't know about you but, this is one the best covers I've seen and the music fits perfectly.

I agree, whenever I shut my eyes while listening to that album, this image pops right into my mind. Though even apart from the music it's amazing; I could stare at it for hours.
 
Also Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here has amazing art. Not just the cover but contained all throughout the album.

I never cared much for Hipgnosis covers, but everything Roger Dean and Alex Grey (Tool, The String Cheese Incident) do is pretty good.  I also like H.R. Giger's ELP cover.
