Roundabout the organ solo at 5:50, I sometimes "head bang" to the solo.

Guys please...
all respect for your choices, but it seems you all have forgotten one of the very best.
listen to Rick van der Linden on the original Trace album - track one after ca. 2 minutes the most awesome solo kicks in. maybe not for technical skills but this is pure ENERGY!
to me one of the (if not THE) most wicked and energized hammond organ solo ever recorded on to a studio album.
Especially since Rick went from this earth recently, i encourage you to pull this album out once again and play it LOUD. may Rick v. d. Linden be blessed in eternity. What a gift of inspiration he left behind...

Page McConnel of Phish. I love the solo on "Maze", and the solos at the end of "The Squirming Coil" are always beautiful.

The way the keyboards leap out at you in the keys solo of the song Closet Chronicles by Kansas has always been my favorite ! second is the solo in the Yes song Close to the edge. Tony Banks does many short solos on The Lamb that are fantastic not to forget Firth of Fifth that is brilliant stuff 
It all depends on what you are looking for and what mood you are in, sometimes I like keys to create an ambiance and paint a nice background, other times I like the keys to rise up to the aggression and take control

It so difficult to decide on ones fav keyboard solo.
Emerson - Aquatarkus on WELCOME BACK - need quad speakers (and loads more)
Wakeman - Judas and the whole of Six Wives (have you spotted Richard Nixon on sleeve yet?)
Banks - Firth and Ripples
Yes - Finally someone mentioned 'Awaken' and parts of 'Close to the edge'
I love the whole keyboard theme to House of the Holy - Zep
