"Yours is No Disgrace" is mine, by far. It was the first one I heard by them and I still play it. It's the only Yes track that I play, as a matter if fact. (I tried the others, but nothing about them had me coming back for second's).

To me, Heart of the Sunrise, because it's brilliant and I can't do anything while listening, I just sit there and absorb the Yesness of it all, somewhat traumatised - then when Jon finally goes up at the end in "I feel lost in the city" it's too good to describe -

- but the sheer genius output of Yes is clearly Close to the Edge. (Actually the sheer genius output of most rock is Close...) It's just a really well-thought out conceptualised work of amazingness. The way the themes work together and come back in the end ...

...I think I love them too much ...

(Now reread my post and where you see "Close to the Edge" stick in "Big Generator" or some other less-loved Yes album and see how little sense it makes. It's like Yessish MadLibs. Yeslibs?)

It's gotta be Love Will Find A Way

Oh wait, you said best, not which one makes you die a little inside.

Then it's Gates of Delirium of course.

Oh, it's all about the Close.

Thanks for the nod. The original pic made me think "Holy crazy camera angles Batman!"

between Gates of Delirium and Heart of the Sunrise

Yours is No Disgrace is my favorite though, but the uber-nebulous lyrics DQ it from the BEST.
