The Final Cut. Last year I've seen it performed live by a tribute band with Harry Waters as guest and it deserves more love, IMO. I quite like Pros and Cons, but I don't think Clapton is the best fit for Waters stuff.

Gilmour is the best guitarist suited for Roger's stuff. Beck did quite a good job too.
