But as a funfact Thanos is originaly based on the time traveling eccentric moraly ambivilant Metron yet later perhaps adopts more Darkswid phyciology

I've enjoyed many of the Joker performances over the years--beginning, of course, with Cesar Romero's. I do believe Heath Ledger took it to a different level--revised it, re-invented it, made it something new and different. That performance was, to be sure, haunting and, I believe, iconic.
