Nobody's ever heard them more than once.

I think that the next logical step after Led Zep would be to familiarize yourself with Deep Purple, if you haven't already.

I'm not really into it either, but I think Buddy Holly and the Crickets is the best I know of.  Also you might dig Ray Charles, though he's not really rock and roll.

They are a good band.  I've just never really familiarized myself all that much with them. I have a few of their albums that have gotten a few spins each but that is about it.

I did like the Uriah Heep album I listened to a while back. I've not listened since, but that is mostly because i have a bad habit of doing that.

Yep. Just listen to Made in Japan, better than Zeppelin's best album.
