And not Mozart, Haydn, Schoenberg, Webern, Bruckner, Berg, or any other composer...

Ah yes, Arnold Schwarzenegger, of course

Should I quote you on this in 5 years when it comes true?  Actually it might be longer than that, they are working on pedophilia first

I'm not sure if someone brought this up, but there are more true heavier left leaning American Democrats in response to the ultra right wing Republican Tea Party in America. Is it possible that some may mistake some of this increase as being faux liberals?

When he said "faux liberals" OP was talking about the perpetually offended "your rights end where my feelings begin" crowd that dominates modern academia.  It has nothing very little to do with political parties.

I would, but Pinochet burned all the books.

I agree, but people do like to generalize and it seems like we've heard the word liberal stated more times in the last 10 years than in any time that I can remember.

yes, "Heil Schicklgruber" would not have had the same appeal, especially sine it could not be shortened to "Heitler" as the other one (which was quite common practice in the Third Reicih)

I have read those articles (well, the Salon one). It clearly states that they think a pedophile is not a monster unless he acts on his impulses and becomes a child molester. Basically it is saying that pedophiles have a psychological problem but they are not all monsters because not all of them go and try to f**k children. But of course you didn't read that. You just googled the headlines.

It would've made for some comedy moments (among the tragedy) with people like Churchill in his really deep and powerful voice saying "Oh we need to stop Schicklgruber" LOL

In Mr. Touched By A Communists's defense, Salon isn't a site I would trust for social issues.

Thank God or Buddha or whoever that we have child protection laws. It might help to keep some from turning into "monsters."

5 out of 10 articles are OK, the other 5 are over-reacting crazy stuff.

That still doesn't prove the article wrong or make it a monstrosity as Mr. Touched By A Pedophile Communist has implied.

I've read a decent amount on pedophiles too. Many are non-offending and suffer greatly due to their condition, I see no reason to treat them differently than anyone else. Wanting to treat people with respect and empathy doesn't sound like an evil liberal agenda to me.

Edit: salon is awful half the time

apparently "communist" and "pedophile" are synonyms for Mr. Triceratopsoil. or how else do I have to interpret this sudden occurrence of pedophilia in this thread?

Well, pedophilia is naturally the default "negative side" of Gay sexuality. While I know that it's used for propaganda by some, I have meet some men who were molested as young boys and these people are emotionally shattered for life.

Even a very sexually liberal thinking person like myself can have negative connotations towards it.
