Fuzzy Duck were a UK band who only released a self-titled album in 1971. They are listed here under Heavy Prog. I still want to hear this album but have only heard this song so far, "Mrs. Prout":

Art Bears were formed by Fred Frith, Chris Cutler and Dagmar Krause while still members of RIO legends Henry Cow. The two songs I'm posting are from the Bears' first album Hopes And Fears from 1978. It was recorded around the same time as the last Cow album. Compared to HC, Art Bears are more vocal oriented, have shorter songs and have a more minimalistic sound.
This is the song "In Two Minds." This may shock you if you're expecting some crazy avant-rock; the 'chorus' part even gets compared to The Who(!):

Wasa Express are a Swedish group listed here under Jazz Rock/Fusion who reformed in the last decade. Don't know much about them but I like this song from their self-titled first album from 1977, it's called "Mr. Curry":

^I listened to their one streaming song here from the first album. It wasn't bad, very '70s sounding. I tried to find some YouTube vids of Willowglass but found nothing. Any artist that doesn't have a single song on YT (even in a live version) is truly obscure!

Here's a song from UK group Ludus, listed under Crossover Prog. Know next to nothing about them but I like this song. From their 1981 album The Seduction this song is called "Herstory":
Now here's a few songs by the French Canterbury band Moving Gelatine Plates. Their first two albums I consider some of the best Canterbury ever made. I've only reviewed their first self-titled album so far. Here is the tracks "London Cab/X-25" and "Gelatine":

Great Canterbury band indeed. It´s funny how many excellent Canterbury acts there has been outside of the UK. COS from Belgium(one of my personal faves..) - The Muffins from the US, Pazoop from ermm? blank, but great album, - and of course the fantastic Supersister from Holland!

Fantastic band. I'd say it's more hard rock than heavy prog but both elements are there and even some of the songs bordering on proto-metal. Heavy on the Hammond!
Being an avid vinyl collector for 30 years this album was legendary in the collector's circle as only 100 copies were issued. It wasn't until the early 90's that the great Repertoire records from Germany reissued it on CD and has been reissued numerous times on CD and vinyl. An obscure gem.
I´ve been looking for that Zyma record for ages....
Definitely intrigued by Kultivator - kind of surprised I don´t know them myself - seeing as they are practically residing in my backyard. I can spot Sweden from the beach here in DK.

Picchio Dal Pozzo is a Canterbury band from Italy. Their first album is very Canterbury sounding while the second is more Avant-Prog influenced. I haven't heard any of their other albums. From the self-titled debut album from 1976 this is "Merta":

Auto!Automatic!! are a Math Rock trio from the USA. They have only released one album so far, Another Round Won't Get Us Down from 2006. They have three streaming songs on PA; I like this one the best it's called "That's Some Sick Mouth And Knee Coordination":

Kraan are a German group who started out in the early 1970s as more of a Krautrock oriented band who gradually got more funky and commercial. They are listed here under Jazz Rock/Fusion. I think they are/were well known in Germany but not so much outside of continental Europe. Here's a song from their 1975 album Let It Out called "Bandit In The Woods":

Dragonfly were a Symphonic Swiss band who only released one self-titled album in 1982. I've only heard this song which is good prog for the early 1980s. It's called "Shellycoat":
