as a libertarian, i'm liberal on social issues (pro-abortion, pro-free
speech, anti-drug war, etc) but economically conservative (free market
laissez-faire, no tariffs, property rights, etc). Given that i'm
somewhat in the middle, but seeing as how I'd rather vote Republican
over Democrat, I guess I'm center-right.

This may come as a surprise to Mirco but I would classify myself as center right but on the social side I am a slightly leftist. Unfortunately centrism is too often linked with conservatism. I am pro-choice, pro-free speech , anti-war, and beg for a non-religious world. This certainly does not make me a conservateur , and I will be slapped as a left-wing by most right wingers. So right or left wing .... . I'm not sure anymore.
In the Usa, they have only one choice: the right-wing Democrats or the very-wing Republicans. It is the only country in the world where being labeled a liberal , you are then a leftist! Amazing!!! But like most of the rest of the planet , I wished the democrats would win. The Republicans have also a very bad habit of driving the deficit through the roof!

I used to be a left winger. But as I got older and wiser.... I moved more central with a license to roam playing behind a front two
