what is the weight of greg? of keith? of carl?

do they believe in God?

what kind of car do they ride?

where do they live now?

what are the favorite progressive artists to each member?

and so on....

Last time i looked Keith had been divorced over 11 years ago,Greg married 30 odd years & Carl divorced but knocking a new model off.

In that light I thought it was amusing...nothing whatsoever to do with my opinion of ELP.

i'm not the kind od guy who attacks true prog artists like ELP! i'mjust interested in prog artist' s lifestyles, as much as prog music itself!

I'd really rather people didn't say such things on a forum I read. I do find them offensive (and I don't have a Catholic, or indeed in any sense religious, upbringing. I'm not going to go whining to anybody about any forum rules, but I do ask you politely not to belittle my values and morals. Please not that I'm not criticising your behaviour in any way, as I firmly believe that people should be able to make their own decisions about their life, including their sex life, insofar as it doesn't affect others (obviously it's going to affect at least one other person, but that's by the way), and yet I would prefer if it weren't broadcast for everyone else to read. For my part, if anybody is unhappy about me talking about drug use (a topic, incidentally, that while I may have commented on I have never brought up myself), then I have no problem with not discussing it on a public message board (one which is, after all, dedicated to progressive rock; and while sexual activities and drug use are often related to progressive rock, it's hardly fair to expect everybody with an interest in prog (presumably why people would sign up) to be bombarded (I exaggerate) with comments about drugs and sex).

Far too many brackets. And I'm not sure if I actually made the point I intended to when I started, but I've forgotten what it was, so it'll have to stand as it is.

If you find that offending, you really shouldn't be on the internet at all.  I find jokes about toilets, bathroom antics and throwing up offensive, but you don't see me whining about it.  I also find sexual fantasies about rock star's wives and children a little offensive, but I didn't see you mentioning any of the men's comments.  Especially since most all the threads started in the regard of sex and drugs.. were all started by men.
