Well that's not too difficult for me. It's Mariah hands down no question with the Snow Monster from Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer coming in at a close second. That snow monster scared the living crap out of me as a kid.

This one's tough. I love almost everything Giger, but the Thing was so gut-wrenchingly, eye-poppingly disgusting that it can't be ignored. 

Hmm... I could do it the easy way... there is one monster that combines the best of both worlds
