Who sounds like the most dreamy classic progressive rock band? I kind of think it's Camel. They have so many dreamy songs...
What do you think, guys? Which classic's output is dreamiest for ya?

Eloy comes to mind as well, yet can't beat Camel.

I would go with early PFM when they had that pastoral thing going on. It was mainly the first 2 albums though. Camel is maybe okay for Mirage. What about Renaissance? I'm not a big fan but they do have that quality on their classic albums for sure. Up to date I would mention Karfagen for their sumptious sound that carries you away. Steve Hackett is also good for this on At The Edge of Light and Surrender Of Silence.

And the title track to Spectral Mornings without question is dreamy.

But as a band and overall, I agree with Camel.

For me it has to be Pink Floyd from Meddle to Animals, with Dark Side Of The Moon being the dreamiest.
I've fallen asleep to the latter many a time...

Some really great suggestions already, especially Camel and Karfagen.
Hackett's A Form In Wax from A Midsummer Night's Dream was the first tune, however, to pop in my head.
Welcome to the middle of the film.

There's a lot of dreamy stuff in the prog world. Also in experimental metal:
Just go to the track that starts after minute 23

I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution
