alainPP again. I understand there may well be language issues and people have already said there may be several posters using this nom de plume but really this is gibberish. If the AlainPP nomenclature is appended to a post I just usually scroll on and ignore but for some reason decided to check out this one. Am I being too harsh!? It’s not offensive in anyway apart from to the senses?!

Actually that one makes more sense to me than the other reviews by him that I've read.

I think that's the most usages of the word "fruity" I've ever read in a review. They should get bonus points for that. The phrases that really caught my attention were: "in a corner I smell the scent of Robert FRIPP" and "like a fruit juice cut with water to go down more easily." He should write lyrics for my little prog project.

“Bucolic” seems to be his latest favourite word……

This review claims none of the musicians involved were “trained musicians”. I think this does the members of Spooky Tooth, individually named in the review, a great dis-service. https://www.progarchives.com/Review.asp?id=3030290

Ironic indeed, and I don't consider it to be abusive.

This review looks suspicious. The reviewer constantly erroneously refers to the album as "Duke" (it's "Duck) and poses blanket statement after blanket statement, never stating any real point. AI? Checked out their other reviews. If they're not AI then I'm the king of England lol. Edited by Hrychu - June 05 2024 at 19:46 |

There's something funny to me on seeing an animated GIF followed by statements about banning machine generated content.
My overall feeling is that it's okay to use such things as long as you clearly state that it was generated by AI but reflects the individual's opinion. I am a native English language speaker but I could imagine that AI generation could be useful if you are entering the parameters because English is not your native language. I've quoted some ChatGPT results in posts on this forum in the past, but it was out of curiosity and wanted to share. I made it clear it was from ChatGPT. |
