Art Zoyd vs. Cardiacs for the win, even though I like some more here, particularly Pungent Effulgent. I vote Art Zoyd but on another day might prefer Cardiacs.

ABWH gets my vote, too.  Top ten YES album in my heart. I adore it.

 Even Teakbois.  Jon Anderson knew some people wouldn't get it. So, he put that message in the repeated refrain of the last line of the song.  The written lyric is-

"This Summer you couldn't get it"Ouch

But the sung lyric sounds like-

"Some of you can get it"Wink

In my view Talk Talk are far more heavyweight (and consequently have a far more justified presence in a prog timeline) than TFF, at least the last three albums.

there have been no perfect Yes albums for decades but I still like ABWH I just skip Teakbois which is pretty bad- but I still enjoy the album more then Yes west today

If to be serious, the big difference is that TFF in no way is considered to be Progressive Rock in Wikipedia's article about the band.

Sorry to butt in, but the album wouldn't have to have Yes on the cover for it be a Yes album according to Cindy's heart. A cardiologist might confirm if Yes is written/ branded on Cindy's heart if it weren't more metaphorical.

The album covers Roger dean did for Uriah Heep have the same Yes vibe. Even the Asia - Aria cover album Dean did could be a Yes album cover.

I mean that I think that it can be Yes in her heart without actually being Yes.   If it quacks like a Yes and walks like a Yes from her hearty perception, then to her heart it can be Yes enough for me not to have a problem with it. You're being more literal than I would be. This is a matter of the heart, and the metaphorical heart need not be logical or pedantic. That's for the head as it is said.

^ Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe has always been a genuine YES album to me too - even though it doesn't include Chris Squire - in just the same way as The Quest (2021) and Mirror to the Sky (2023) are bona fide YES albums, even though the only original member is Steve Howe. My favourite YES album by far is The Quest, although some may say my heart is in the wrong place. Tongue

^ Have you actually listened to his # 1? It's certainly not just plain pop, and far more interesting than quite a few other albums in the poll. Maybe not prog rock, but smart art pop/progressive pop. I really like it myself.
