Who are your Top 7 favoured nations when it comes to Progressive Rock?

As per usual, I'll be allocating points to your listings:-

1st - 12 points
2nd - 8 points
3rd - 6 points
4th - 4 points
5th - 3 points
6th - 2 points
7th - 1 point

My Top 7 Prog Nations:-

1. United Kingdom (12 points)
2. Germany (8 points)
3. Netherlands (6 points)
4. Japan (4 points)
5. United States (3 points)
6. Sweden (2 points)
7. Switzerland (1 point)

Unlike the Eurovision Song Contest, you're allowed to vote for your own country. Smile

After having thinking more about it, I switched Germany and Italy, and Spain and Poland - it ain't easy with this ranking,
but after having thinking more about it, I'm more aware of how much I'm fond of the albums from each country,
and what I think about them. Smile

I'm only familiar with Agamemnon and Vollenweider on this list. Vollenweider have I been much fond of for a lot of years, but not so much anymore, contrary to Agamemnon

How did you get so much interest for Swiss Prog?

I found many of the Swiss bands on the Prog Line channel and the rest I found here on PA. Smile
