@ I prophesy disaster, George/mathman has created a table for us. Scoreboard

Currently you have:

Hawkwind 27 pts.
The Residents 26 pts.
Argent 26 pts.
Jeff Beck 20pts.

Lorenzo has decided to give Friede, Jean and Cristi some extra time to complete their votes. So we must wait and see.

@Lorenzo, someone has already voted in the final, just as I feared.

Btw. it might be helpful if you could update your initial post by adding the scoreboard link (George's spreadsheet) and by editing the info about the number of votes per participant in the final voting (4 instead of 3 votes). In general, I think that it's useful to have all relevant and updated info in one place and to inform people about where they can find them.

Lorenzo, if there are no further points given or there is still a tie, I will choose Colosseum II over Utopia.

Yes, ok
I've written to BaldFriede and BaldJean.

If tomorrow they wont answer to me, we start the final vote.

@Mila, we can vote for 4 songs.

Amos Goldberg (professor of Genocide Studies at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem): Yes, it's genocide. It's so difficult and painful to admit it, but we can no longer avoid this conclusion.

@Lorenzo, I know that. I just think that relevant updates should be included in the initial post. They get easily burried in the comments. If people know where to find the info, that will make things easier also in the future.

Sorry to crash the party but, as a lifelong fan, what "songs" did Colosseum ll write?   'The Scorch' is not a song.  Far from it.   Maybe 'Rivers' (and a couple others) but I don't see how any of their material would really qualify---  a song is something that is sung , y'know with a melody & lyrics, and often a topic or theme.

I don't mean to be pedantic, but seriously.

This has come up before, a while back. I often refer to posting a track or piece. We include instrumentals and other compositions in our misuse of the term song.

I clicked the link above and it worked for me. I did switch to 'public playlist'. I entered the playlist title in the youtube search engine and it's there.- Sometimes youtube authomatically reduces the playlist. If you're using your computer, the playlist title is located top right from the video player. If you're using the phone, the playlist title appears below the video player. The playlist title is: "Interactive Poll: 70s Prog Favs". Click on the title and the full playlist should appear. The playlist includes 22 tracks. I hope there are no country restrictions. Here's the link once again, just in case:

Thanks Mila! The playlist shows up in full now when I click on the link. It wasn't before for some reason. But, 3 of the tracks are country restricted (Gnidrolog, High Tide, and Can) but I have found videos of those that do play for me.

For those who prefer an embedded playlist:

No, I know how to behave in the restaurant now, I don't tear at the meat with my hands. If I've become a man of the world somehow, that's not necessarily to say I'm a worldly man.

^ Thank you, yes I prefer an embedded playlist, it avoids many annoying ads. And thank you Mila for compiling it.
Listening to the playlist now (about halfway) and this is one of the most outstanding prog playlists ever! A great pleasure to listen to all those tracks. Thank you everybody!

Embedding just for me are versions that play in U.S. (I don't think anyone else participating is in the U.S.)
