As usual, I listen to more Classical music around this time. I also found out that Le Orme finally have their albums on streaming platforms so I took the oportunity to revisit Florian, such a gorgeous album. Hugo Alfvén - Symphony no.3 Lunatic Soul - Through the Shaded WoodsLeonard Bernstein - Overtures: Mendelssohn, Shubert, Shumann... Motis - L'Homme-Loup A Presença das Formigas - Pé de Vento Fiona Apple - Tidal Steve Hackett - Live in Birmingham Level 42 - Level 42 Rush - Rush Mike Oldfield - Amarok Bruno Pernadas - Those Who Throw Objects At The Crocodiles... Tchaikovsky - Symphony no.5 Herbie Hancock - Head Hunters Causa Sui - Szabodelico Le Orme - Florian Poulenc - Sonata for Piano and Cello/Flute/Oboe Scriabin - Piano Concerto in F# Minor Le Orme - Piccola Rapsodia dell'Ape Torga Ostera - Queda Ascendente Rachmaninov - Piano Concerto no.2&3 |

My wife gave me the gift of time. I had 6 hrs to be with my tunes and break out my loud Sennheisers. :)
Fates Warning— The Long Road Good Night ( Absolutely excellent album and one of 2020’s very best. ) Hans Zimmer & Various Artists— Black Rain Motion Picture Soundtrack ( My favourite soundtrack of 1989) Dream Theater— Images & Words ( so wonderful to revisit this classic the best way I know how. ) Genesis— A Trick of the Tail ( Classic album with excellent audio Quality. Very warm and dynamic. ) Tangerine Dream— Pilots of purple Twilight ( disc 8- Logos Live: 1982) — absolutely love it and the remastering in this boxset is by far the best yet. ) Royal Hunt— Moving Target ( Japan Release.) nothing like closing out an album set list with a track called “ time.” Lol. What a day and what a gift!! |
