I recognise Héroes del Silencio - Entre Dos Tierras. If I am not mistaken, they were produced by Phil Manzanera (?) P-Model - The Great Brain. King Crimson in Japanese? There's also an echo of "Astronomy Domine".

We're doing very well with 14 entries in less than 6 hours. I'll surely wait until the end of tomorrow and maybe even longer before we start voting. Maybe Pedro gets his act together for once!?

This band was suggested for addition several times, and I still believe they have a place here. Anyway, here you are - from the great country of Finland: |

Serge Gainsbourg - “Cargo culte”
More spoken word rather than singing per se, but hopefully that’s okay. Edited by Logan - June 11 2020 at 22:05 |

I was shocked to find out what a large percentage of my own (non prog) collection is either instrumental or English or German. And I'm not even much interested in lyrics normally (which of course makes it easier to appreciate "Greek" stuff), and I see myself as quite internationally oriented, living in Italy and having lived in the UK and Switzerland apart from my native Germany. Anyway, you're still welcome to contribute if you come up with an idea, and of course to vote!

Very cool idea but I'll pass this time. I don't have anything in my collection that meets the criteria. My native language is spanish and I have much of that, so no go.
Thanks

I am admittedly not really a fan of music with non-English lyrics mainly due to my own linguistic limitations. This is a "me" problem not a "them" problem. I've found a few prog bands over the years like Nemo and Cast that I do like quite a bit and from time to time I do listen to the some of the better know Italian prog bands although none of them are really the classics for me like the English singing bands. Anyhow, I suppose I will have a bit of fun with y'all and suggest this classic pop hit from my youth that I would sometime hear the English version and sometime the German version. I don't expect too many votes for it here on this site, but my library of non-prog, non-English music is extremely limited and this is what came to mind for me.

It's a great song! It's not on PA and it's neither in English nor Polish. Hopefully it counts. BTW, I'm not a huge Dimash fan. I think the type of music he does is a huge waste of talent. I wish he would do some Iron Maiden type stuff. |

Short and sweet. Having an English title doesn't disqualify does it? The song is in Japanese.
