Sorry Paradox. You're asking the wrong person here about pay-as-you-drive. I'm a public transport user myself. But I understand it's not yet operational. We do have a lane priority for multi-occupancy cars though. Don't if sucessful. Wrong part of town for me.

Leeds is famous for lots of things. Tetley's Breweries, Leeds United (Ahem!), the only city outside London to have a Harvey Nicks and also the site of the first ever motion picture footage. Crown Point Bridge over the River Aire to be precise. In fact a very progressive city. Perhaps Neo prog. Not metal - more like stone, glass and brick
